What is the standard shipping time for my order?
We offer complimentary express shipping on all orders. Domestic deliveries typically arrive within 2-4 business days, while international shipping may take 5-7 business days depending on customs processing.
What is your return policy?
You can return your unworn timepiece in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all protective films and tags are intact to qualify for a return.
Do NORQAIN watches come with a warranty?
Yes, every NORQAIN watch comes with a standard 2-year international warranty. If you are a member of the NORQAINER community, this warranty is extended to 3 years for our Manufacture Calibres.
Are the watches water-resistant?
All NORQAIN timepieces are water-resistant to at least 100 meters (10 ATM), making them suitable for swimming and snorkeling. Please ensure the crown is fully screwed down before water exposure.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We also offer financing options through Klarna in select regions.
Can I customize the strap of my watch?
Absolutely. Most of our models feature a standardized lug width, allowing you to swap between our high-quality stainless steel bracelets, rubber straps, and vegan-certified Nordeen straps.
